You can bring your own picnic.
Shaded and equipped picnic areas are available for you. You can leave your baskets in the lockers at the park entrance or exit the park after 11:30 AM: a stamp will be applied to your hand at the shop before you leave!
A mailbox is available at the park exit.
A perfect opportunity to share a postal souvenir from the Park with your loved ones! Several postcards are available at the shop.
Holiday Vouchers ANCV are accepted at the entrance ticket counters for ticket purchases as well as at all the park’s dining points. Electronic holiday vouchers (connect) are not accepted.
Lockers are available near the shop.
A one-euro deposit is required to use them.
There is no ATM within the park.
The nearest one is located in the center of Bollwiller. All purchases at the ticket office, restaurants, shop, and kiosks can be made by credit card.
If your child is lost, don’t worry. Immediately report their absence to our team, specifying their age, physical description, and the last place you saw them. They will be accompanied by park staff to the first aid station near the main entrance of the park, where you can reunite.
Please ensure that children under 12 years old are not left unattended.
Minors under 16 years old are not allowed to enter the park alone.
Pets are not allowed within the park. Do not leave your dog in the car!

Parc du Petit Prince does not have designated spaces for campervans. You can park your campervan during the day in the park's bus parking, but overnight parking is not allowed. The parking lot is closed at night.
The nearest location for overnight parking is at the restaurant La Taverne de l’Écomusée d’Alsace.
Some attractions may be temporarily closed in the event of bad weather, especially storms.
The Grand captive balloon: gusts over 35 km/h, risk of storm, or significant temperature differences at altitude. The daily color (green, orange, red) is displayed every morning on the website.
Balloon closure does not entitle to a refund: a virtual flight will be offered as compensation.
At the entrance to each attraction, you will find safety instructions. Access to certain attractions is limited by minimum height and age (e.g., from 4 years old and 100 cm). In general, certain attractions are strongly discouraged for people in poor health, pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol. These safety instructions are prescribed by the TÜV control body and must be strictly followed. The park management invites visitors to read these warnings and verify that the attractions are suitable for them.
Parc du Petit Prince has about thirty attractions, activities, and shows for families with children aged 2 to 12.
It takes approximately 5 to 7 hours to experience all the attractions.
The Filea shuttle will run on request from the Bollwiller train station.

A first aid station is located next to the Meteorite Café. In case of emergency, please contact the park staff directly.
A free, shaded visitor parking lot is available, as well as a bus parking lot. Handicapped spaces are provided for this purpose. Currently, we do not have electric vehicle charging stations.
They are not monitored. Do not leave valuables in view, nor animals in vehicles. The management disclaims any responsibility for damages that may occur to vehicles.
The Petit Prince Shop is available at the park exit. You will find everything from the Petit Prince universe, including gift items and souvenirs. It is also open to non-visitors during park opening hours from 11:30 AM.
The entire park site is level and accessible to disabled visitors.
Some attractions are not accessible to people with reduced mobility or disabilities. You can refer to the 'Pass Prince' guide to know which attractions are not accessible.
With a disability card, you will benefit from a rate of 11€/child, 16€/adult, 16€/companion (1 per person), as well as 4 'Pass Prince' bracelets that allow you to skip the line on our rides.
Several baby changing tables are indicated on our map so you can change your baby with peace of mind. Meals can be heated on request in our dining points.
The accepted payment methods at the ticket counter are: cash in euros, Visa credit cards, holiday vouchers ANCV, Kadeos. For groups, only one payment for the entire group.
Several dining points are available in the park. The daily map will show which ones are open and the dishes served.
You will find the list of allergens available at the entrance of each dining point. The Restaurant 'La Table de Saint-Exupéry' and Meteorite Café offer vegetarian dishes.

Restroom locations are visible on the park map. Several have accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Tap water is drinkable.
