The Parc du Petit Prince does not have suitable pitches for motorhomes You can park during the day in the Park Bus car park with your motorhome, however you cannot stay overnight. The parking lot is closed.

ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted at the cash desks at the entrance for the purchase of entrance tickets as well as in all catering outlets of the park.
Some attractions may be temporarily closed in case of bad weather conditions, including stormy weather.
Large tethered balloon: gusts greater than 35 km/h, risk of thunderstorms or large temperature differences at altitude. The color of the day (green, orange, red) is displayed every morning on the website.

At the entrance to each attraction, you will find safety instructions. Access to certain attractions is limited by a minimum height and age (for example from 4 years and 100 cm). In general, it is specified that certain attractions are strongly discouraged for anyone in poor health, pregnant women or people in a state of inebriation. These safety instructions are prescribed by the TÜV inspection and must be strictly observed. The Park Management invites visitors to read these warnings and to check that the attractions are suitable for them.
There is no cash machine within the park.
The closest is in the city center of Bollwiller. Any purchase at the ticket office, catering, shop, kiosk can be made by credit card.

The Parc du Petit Prince has around thirty attractions, entertainment and shows for families with children aged 2 to 12.
It takes about 5 to 7 hours to be able to do all the attractions.

If your child got lost, don't worry and let our staff know, who your child is and how it looks like. He will be accompanied by park staff to the aid station near the main entrance to the Park, where you can find him. Be careful not to leave your children under the age of 12 alone.

Several changing tables are shown on our plan so that you can change your baby with peace of mind. Meals can be reheated on request in the microwave in our catering outlets.
Smokers are permitted inside the Park but are asked to smoke outside of attractions, queues, common areas and food and drink areas .

Several catering points are available in the Park. The plan of the day will tell you which ones are open and which dishes are served.
You will find the list of allergens available at the entrance to each restaurant. The Restaurant "la Table de Saint-Exupéry" and Meteorit Café offer vegetarian dishes.

The Boutique du Petit Prince is at your disposal at the exit of the Park. You will find the whole universe of the Little Prince in gift items and souvenirs. It is also accessible to non-visitors to the Park during Park opening hours from 11:30 a.m.
